Your IRIS providers must take action now to keep delivering your services in 2026

All IRIS providers must start signing up with Wisconsin Medicaid through the ForwardHealth Portal right away. If your IRIS providers don’t sign up, they won’t get paid to deliver your IRIS services in 2026. That means you’ll have to find new providers. The toolkit for IRIS participants is now updated with language asking providers to start signing up right away.

Note: Participant-hired workers do not need to sign up. They will keep working as usual.
