To become a certified pain management clinic, first review this application process. Pains clinics must be certified by the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS).

Pain clinics are privately owned facilities where providers treat pain syndromes. Treatments include interventional pain medicine or medication prescription. Find the complete definition in Wis. Statute § 50.60, Pain Clinics.
