STD: Contact Information

Staff from the Wisconsin Department of Health Services, Division of Public Health, based in Madison and Milwaukee, work with local health departments to assist people with sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), also known as sexually transmitted infections (STIs), or those at risk for STIs with accessing prevention and treatment services. Staff are also involved with STI surveillance, monitoring of statistical trends, implementing and maintaining prevention programs, and providing STI consultation and training to health care providers statewide.

If you have questions, comments or would like more information about the Wisconsin STI Unit, call the staff in the Madison or the Milwaukee offices or email staff listed on this page.

For questions about data or for any data needs, contact Brandon Kufalk: Brandon.Kufalk@dhs.wisconsin.gov or Dhana Shrestha: Dhana.Shrestha@dhs.wisconsin.gov. If you have any data needs involving STIs with other diseases, including HIV, email Yi Ou: Yi.Ou@dhs.wisconsin.gov.
