STD: Contact Information
Staff from the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS), Division of Public Health, consult with local and Tribal health departments and clinical agencies to assist local programs to prevent, control, and treat people with sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), also known as sexually transmitted infections (STIs).
DHS also provides STI data surveillance through case reporting, monitoring statistical trends, implementing and maintaining prevention programs, developing public health recommendations, providing public health guidance, and implementing STI consultation and training to health care providers statewide.
If you have questions, comments or would like more information about the Wisconsin STI Intervention Unit, please contact the staff listed on this page.
For questions about STI data or to make an STI data request, fill out the Sexually Transmitted Infection Data Request, F-03346, or contact Brandon Kufalk or Dhana Shrestha. For other data needs, including HIV, email Yi Ou: Yi.Ou@dhs.wisconsin.gov.
