Children’s Long-Term Support: Waiver Renewal Family Input Sessions and Survey

The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) held online input sessions in September to gather ideas for how to improve the Children’s Long-Term Support (CLTS) Program.

DHS wanted to hear directly from current and past participants and family members about their experience with the CLTS Program and possible program changes. Each session included a presentation about the CLTS waiver renewal project followed by a discussion with participants and family members. If you attended, thank you! Your feedback will help DHS make the program better for children and families.

CLTS Program Family Survey

If you weren't able to join an online input session, you can also share your feedback with DHS by filling out the online family survey, which is also available in Spanish and Hmong. The survey is open until October 17.
