Hospice
Hospices are agencies that provide care to terminally ill patients. These patients have a life expectancy of 6-12 months. This care can be provided in the person's home. At times, this care is given elsewhere, such as in a nursing home, community based residential facility, or other location.

Fire reporting
All fires in a licensed facility in Wisconsin must be reported to the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) within 72 hours. To report a fire, complete and submit the Health Care Facility Fire Report, F-62500.
