Change to Drug Screening Requirements for FoodShare Eligibility

The purpose of this operations memo is to announce a change in drug screening requirements for applicants and members who are required to pass a drug test to receive FoodShare benefits. This change will align FoodShare policy with the Wisconsin Law Enforcement Standards Board and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administrations standard drug testing recommendations.
