If WMHI management can’t address the concern, you can file complaints with either:

  • WMHI client rights facilitators.
  • Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) Division of Quality Assurance.
  • The Joint Commission.

WMHI client rights facilitators

WMHI has people who serve as client rights facilitators. This role reviews and fixes issues with patient care. For more on client rights at WMHI, visit the Client Rights Office web page.
