BadgerCare Plus: Prenatal Plan Resources
Opt-in to get helpful text and email messages
Between June 22 and July 13, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) sent Medicaid and FoodShare members text and email messages asking them to confirm they still wanted to get texts and emails.
If you did not respond, you have been opted out of most DHS texts and emails. If you respond to an old text, you will receive the message “the keyword you specified was not recognized.” You can still opt-in to get texts and emails by logging in to ACCESS (ACCESS in Spanish) and selecting Update Contact Info.

For applicants

- I need to check or renew my benefits. Use one of the following:

- I had a life change. This could mean moving, getting married, or having a child. Members must report changes using the website (preferred) or paper form.
