Medicaid: Boards, Committees, and Councils

Icon of three people with speech bubbles

Medicaid connects one in five Wisconsinites with health care, long-term care, and other services. That's more than a million people, and we believe in making decisions about programs and policies with input from the people they affect.

That's why we have boards, committees, and councils. They're groups that meet regularly to talk about Medicaid policies and services. They include people from across the state who share how Medicaid programs and services are working, what gaps there are, and how we can fix them.
