IRIS Self-Directed Personal Care Contract
The Certification Standards for IRIS Consultant Agencies (P-00826) and Fiscal Employer Agencies (P-00825) are being updated. During this time, the certification process for those agencies was stopped. Once updates are made, the process will open again.
